Show a transaction listing of processed transactions / scheduled transactions for the past week, month etc. Filter to be included at top of page

Allow transactions to be edited or deleted from that list

Add an extra menu item to "Skip" an occurrence of a bill or incoming payment

Allow incoming and outgoing scheduled transactions to be paid or received early. At this stage don't have a setting for this, just set it to 3 days
